Barely High is still Too High to Drive
Itʼs easy to tell when people are high. There are a number of signs. The munchies, dry mouth. Laughing at anything/nothing etc. Itʼs easy for people to know they shouldnʼt drive in this state. But as the weed begins to wear off, and people arenʼt feeling the obvious effects, they assume they are okay to drive when they are not.
These people are what we call ʻBarely Highʼ, and although the signs are more subtle, they are there. So, we wanted to explore
some of these barely high signs to remind people that barely high is still high influence.
